When the population moved from rural (country) to urban (city) areas
What is unionization?
To form a union and demand better working conditions

Manual labor no longer needed because there were machines that could do the work

Very dangerous, long days, little pays, no ventilation, wooden fire traps, no child labor laws, abuse
Describe the living conditions at this time.
Overcrowded, spread of disease, high infant mortality rate, dirty, no fresh air, no green space, etc.
