What is the raters responsibility in the performance feedback process of the Enlisted Eval System?
To prepare, schedule and conduct feedback sessions and provide realistic feedback to help the ratee improve.
In the Enlisted Eval System, what forms are used to document performance?
AF form 910 Enlisted Performance Report (AB thru TSgt) and AF form 911 (MSgt thru CMSgt)
In the Enlisted Eval System performance reporting, the rater 1)ensures the ratee knows who is in the rating chain; 2)reviews the ratee’s Personal Information File (PIF); and 3)assesses and documents the ratee’s performance and his/her potential.
Five other responsibilities:
1) obtain meaningful info from the ratee and as many sources as possible
2) encourage ratee input on specific accomplishments 3)consider the significance and frequency of positive and negative incidents 4)record the ratee’s performance 5) ensure all data on the EPR matches EPR notice 6)make a valid and realistic recommendation for promotion 7)differentiate between ratees with similar performance records
In the EES what are the responsibilities of the additional rater?
He or she reviews the PIF and UIF; returns performance reports to the rater for reconsideration if necessary to ensure accurate unbiased and uninflated report; and completes Section VI of the EPR by concurring or nonconcurring with the rater and commenting.
In the EES the additional rater must be the rater’s rater, with what exception?
Deviation may be required to meet grade requirements or to accommodate unique organizational structures.
In the EES the reviewer/senior rater/final evaluator reviews the PIF and UIF if applicable; returns performance reports to previous evaluators for reconsideration; and obtains additional info from competent sources. Another responsibility:

What must the ratee know in the Enlisted Evaluation System (EES)?
