Nitro (0.4mg q 3-5min x3 (BP>100))

Morphine (2-10mg max=20mg)

Drugs for heart rate too slow (Narrow QRS)?
Atropine (0.5-1mg q 3-5min max=3mg)
Pacing- mechanical function
Dopamine (5mcg/kg/min IV infusion)= B1 inotropic, chronotropic, dromotropic
Epi (2-10mcg/min IV infusion titrated for effect) Mix is 1mg 1:1000 in 250mL NS which = 4mcg/mL

Ativan 2-4mg SIVP
Versed (2.5-5mg IV or IM max=20mg)
Valium (2-5mg IV or IM max=10mg)

Etomidate (0.3mg/kg SIVP over 30-60sec)
