What is an inclusive environment?
An environment that is designed and managed to allow people with a diverse range of needs and abilities to use it.
Must meet legislative requirements;
-Equality Act 2010
What is the Equality Act 2010?
law that seeks to protect against discrimiantion and inequality.
Details 4 types of discrimination:
1. Indirect
2. Direct
3. Harassment
4. Victimisation
Cannot discriminate against potential purchasers or lessees.

8 Pregnancy or maternity
9. Marriage or partnership
