Q

Implementation of behavioral experiments

A

Start by asking client what would happen if they approached the feared location or activity again.

Have them rate the probability of that event occuring.

After appropriate processing and confidence building, the client would approach feared location or engage in feared activity and see if what the client believed would happen actually happens.
