Cyclosporine MOA, SE
Binds to cyclophilin -> inhibits Calcineurin -> block IL2 secretion
SE: Nephrotoxic, HTN, Hyperlipidemia, Hyperglycemia, Gingival Hyperplasia, Hirsutism
Tacrolimus MOA, SE
Binds to FK-binding protein -> inhibit calcineruin -> block IL2 secretion
SE: like cyclosporine, but no Gingival Hyperplasia, Hirsutism
Sirolimus
Inhibits mTOR
SE: Hyperlipidemia, Thrombocytopenia, Leukopenia
Azathioprine
Antimetabolite of 6MP, block PRPP amidotransferase.
SE: Bone Marrow Suppression. Toxic effect increase w/ Allopurinol
Muromonab
Monoclonal Ab, binds to CD3.
SE: cytokine release syndrome.
Omalizumab
Blocks IgE
Oprelvekin:
