What are the differenced between the 4 hypersensitivity reactions
A
ACID = Allergic, Cytotoxic, Immune complex, Delayed
Type 1 = Allergic = IgE mediated = anaphylaxsis
Type 2 = Cytotoxic= IgG or IgM = autoimmune haemolytic anameia, RF, acute hameolytic transfusion reactions
Type 3= Immune complex = IgG/ IgA = SLE
Type 4 = Delayed = T cell mediated= contact dermatitis, graft rejection
