- Idiopathic adrenal hyperplasia- 60-70%
- adrenal adenoma

- adrenal carcinoma

Management of primary hyperaldonsteronism
A
Depends on cause
adrenal adenoma: surgery (laparoscopic adrenalectomy)
- bilateral adrenocortical hyperplasia: aldosterone antagonist e.g. spironolactone

Causes of hypercalcaemia
A
- Primary hyperparathyroidism
- Malignancy - myeloma, bony mets
- Drugs : thiazides
- Dehydration
