spontaneously resolves in 6 months
Congenital lacrimal duct obstruction (dacryostenosis)
redness warmth tenderness and swelling of one lacrimal duct, complication of orbital cellulitis,
Tx - lacrimal sac massage, culture discharge and TX with systemic Abx,
Acute dacryostenosis
rule out conditions cause pain, discomfort, infection, environment and formula allergy resolves 3-4 months
