At the conclusion of these proceedings, the court will decide whether or not you will be removed from the United States. Should you disagree with courts decision, you will hav the right to appeal to a higher tribunal called the board of immigration appeals. To do so, you must file for EOIR-26 WITHIN 30 Calendar days after the date of court enters its decision. If the final date for filing falls on Saturday, Sunday,or legal holiday, the time period for appeal shall be extended to the next business day. Of the time period expires and no appeal has been filed, the decision becomes final. I am hereby providing you with a copy of your appeal rights which you should thoroghly review.

Al finalizar estas diligencias, el juez decidirá si usted sera expulsado o no de los Estados Unidos. Si usted esta en desacuerdo con la decision del juez, usted tiene el derecho a una apelación ante un tribunal de mayor instancia llamado JUNTA DE APELACIONES DE DECISIONES MIGRATORIAS. Para hacerlo usted deberá tramitar el formulario/ la forma EOIR-26 dentro de los siguientes 30 días naturales después ella fecha en que el juez dicte su decision. Si la fecha la limite para para iniciar el tramite cae en un sábado, el domingo o un día feriado jurídico, se prorrogara hasta el siguiente día hábil. Si el plazo se vence sin haberse tramitado la apelación. La decisión de este juez se vuelve definitiva. Por este medio le proporciono una copia de sus derechos de apelación, los cuales usted debe de leer, repasarlos/ releerlos en su totalidad.
