Stamp is missing or expired
You see John Smith Jr. on the document, but John Smith on the application.
Name does not match
User uploaded only a foreign passport and a visa.
I-94 is missing or expired
The application says Jane Karen Smith, but the document only says Jane Smith.
Full name missing
You see only a foreign passport and an I-94.
Visa is missing or expired
There is no birthdate on the uploaded document.
Date of birth required
The image is grainy and pixilated and you cannot see all the necessary information.
Image is unclear or file cannot be opened
Application says John Smith DOB: 6/04/1986
Document says John Smith DOB: 6/03/1986
Date of birth does not match
