Describe an idea you had for improving somthing at work or college
in principle come up with new ideas put those idea into action think of new things I brainstorm ideas I get faced with a problematic situation
I think in principle it is hard to come up with new ideas and what is harder is to put those idea into action. Personally I always think of new things, you know, I mean, I brainstorm ideas whenever I get faced with a problematic situation

As an example, when I was in college, an idea popped into my head to create a weblog and put lot of educational materials on it… All materials which were related to my major.

for students convinience
When I suggested my innovation, all classmates welcomed it and said it was brilliant. In fact, we needed this weblog for several purposes, to keep updated on university news and changes in class schedule, to make it easier for classmates to keep in contact with each other, to collect a lot of educational materials for students convinience
And explain why you thought your idea would make an improvement

After a while, I couldn’t believe that my idea would make such a great impact.. You wouldn’t believe it if I say how positively this weblog affacted student’s relationship and their academic performance … For this innovative idea, I was really proud of my self.. What’s intersting is that, soon after, other departments and classes followed our lead and set up many similar weblogs
