A

Symptom onset after age 50
Fam Hx of IBD, Celiac Sprue, or colorectal cancer
Nocturnal diarrhea
**GI Bleeding or iron-deficiency anemia
**Weight loss
**Low Sensitivity, good specificity for organic dz
