Q

what are the nuclei of the Tuberal hypothalamus and what does each do?

  • Lateral: regulates hunger, inhibited by leptin (Damage leads to anorexia and weight loss)
  • Ventromedial: regulates satiety, stimulated by leptin (Damage lead to obesity and savage behavior)
