A
We check TSH receptor antibody

What is the symptomatic treatment of graves/hyper?
A
Propranolol, beta blocker for cardiac symptoms

Carbimazole/Propryl thiouracil

When do we give propryl?
A
If pregnant woman in first trimester, or in thyrotoxic crisis
