A
Dimished libido and erectile dysfunction

A
No period, low estrogen, galactorrhea (breast milk coming out)

How to diagnose?
A
Serum prolactin level is elevated

What do we do when serum prolactin level is elevated?
A
Request an MRI to exclude pituitary adenoma

Should there be a pituitary adenoma, how do we treat?
A
Surgical resection

Should there be a pituitary prolactinoma, what do we do?
A
We prescribe a dopamine agonist
