Eclampsia: Seizure manifestation of preeclampsia: often present with neuro symptoms

-Reflexes and clonus

-Creatinine,
-Coagulation, uric acid, LDH
-24 hour urine, etc.

-Severe HTN: labetalol, hydralazine IV
-Magnesium sulfate for seizure prevention (not effective at lowering BP
