A
- Acute renal failure
- Drugs*: potassium sparing diuretics, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin 2 receptor blockers, spironolactone, ciclosporin, heparin
- Metabolic acidosis
- Addison’s
- Rhabdomyolysis
- Massive blood transfusion
