- Vit B
- metoclopramide 5-10mg PO 8hrly
- ondansetron

A
Thiamine (B1) deficiency
- ocular findings

How to rehydrate
A
Give saline before thiamine and glucose
- if you give glucose first, cause lactic acidaemia and acidosis
