What does SDS stand for and what are they used for?
SAFETY DATA SHEET : A document that provides information on the properties of hazardous chemicals and how they affect health and safety in the workplace.
Outlines safe use, ingredients, how to mix, appropriate uses, first aid treatment in case of incident, storage requirements, and manufacturer contact details.
What colour do you use each chopping board for and why?
Different coloured chopping boards are used to prevent cross contamination.
WHITE : Bakery & dairy
GREEN : Veggies
RED : Raw meat
YELLOW : Raw poultry
BROWN : Cooked meat
BLUE : Raw fish
