YELLOW ELEC PUMP P/B Switch. What does it do? When is it on?
- Used to pressurize the Yellow System hydraulics when on the ground and engines are stopped, or for taxi.
- Can also a Hand Pump to pressurize the yellow system to operate the cargo doors when no electrical power is available.

- OFF - both PTU valves close, power transfer stops

- Manually extends the RAT for the purposes of Hydraulics
- Does not provide Electrical power
