A
  • Aural and visual warnings if one of the following occurs between 30 ft - 2450 ft. Radio height
  • Excessive Rate of descent
  • Excessive terrain closure
  • Altitude loss after takeoff or go-around
  • unsafe terrain clearance
  • to far below glideslope

  • Warning if aircraft is too bar below G/S
  • OFF inhibits G/S warning

FLAP Mode P/B Swtich. What is the funtion of FLAP MODE and what does OFF mean?

A
  • Several warning if flaps / landing gear are not in the landing position when close to the ground
  • OFF - Flap Mode “TOO LOW FLAPS” is inhibited
  • This is to aviod nuisance during landing with flaps setting reduced
