To combine the inline capabilites of LS with the identification power of LT. Also, rails and tables cannot be handeled by LS (yet).

at least:
- one default caltype, which runs only LS
- one special caltype, which handles recovery and tracker meas

How does the recovery caltype work?
A
Takes all masurements starting with tracker. Regenerates on the go to not spend ages with SSA. Identifies all LS devices and regenerates series for those
