Why do we need Fibre?
There are two types of fibre - insoluble and soluble. Insoluble fibre acids in the digestive process: it can help prevent hemorrhoids and may also protect against cancer of the lower bowl. Soluble fibre helps reduce cholesterol and reduces the risk of heart and arterial disease.

Vitamins are organic compounds, essential for body growth, boosting the immune system, function, maintenance and repair.

Minerals are essential inorganic compounds that aid energy production and body maintenance as well as assisting in the control of body reactions and reflexes. They boost the immune system.
