First class contains essential amino acids Second class do not contain all essential amino acids
How does the body store carbohydrates and fats?
Carbohydrates are stored in the liver as glycogen or converted into fats.
Fats are stored under the skin and around the organs as adipose tissue.
What does BMI stand for?
Body Mass Index
What do you need to calculate BMI?
Height and Mass
What is Kwashiorkor?
A disease caused by protein deficiency.
What is the main symptom of kwashiorkor?
Swollen belly

Estimated Average Requirement of protein - the amount of protein we should eat every day
