Define human behavior.
Human behavior is the product of factors that cause people to act in predictable ways.
What are the levels in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs?

Define motivation.
Motivation is the reason that one acts or behaves in a certain way.
What is a goal?
A goal is the object of a person’s efforts.
What are the human factors that inhibit learning?

Define anxiety.
Anxiety is nervousness or a worried feeling about events that may happen in the future.
What are normal reactions to anxiety?
People tend to react rapidly and exactly.
