Assessment is the process of gathering measurable information to meet evaluation needs.

Student-led, written, instructor-student, small group, self, individual.
Tips & ground rules for a good critique?
Avoid critiques that are too lengthy, avoid trying to cover too much, avoid absolute statements, avoid controversies, don’t get into a situation where you need to defend your critique.
