reduced mental or physical performance capability from ex sleep loss or overworking, which impact alertness and ability to perform tasks
differences between stress and fatigue:
Stress: when the body or mind reacts to a demand and can be positive, can lead to fatigue
Fatigue: a form of tiredness, exhaustion
effects of fatigue

- Reduced attention (lapses)
- Reduced motivation etc
