Huǒchē kuàiyào lái le.

Yào xià yǔ le. 
新的一年快要到了。
Xīn de yī nián kuàiyào dào le.

下个月我们就要回国了。
Xià gè yuè wǒmen jiù yào huíguó le. 
明天姐姐就要走了。
Míngtiān jiějiě jiù yào zǒu le. 
下个星期我们就要考试了。

It’s already 8 o’clock, get up quickly.

You are already ten years old and can wash your clothes yourself.

I have already been waiting for her for half an hour.

similar to 已经 (yǐjīng)⋯⋯了
Meaning "Already", +conveying  emphatic or complaining
used at the beginning of a sentence
Usually:  
都还 (hái) 。 。 。 了  
都还在 (hái zài) 。 。 。 了

都8点了，快点儿起床吧。
Dōu 8 diǎn le, kuài diǎn er qǐchuáng ba.
你都十岁了，可以自己洗衣服了。
Nǐ dōu shí suì le, kěyǐ zìjǐ xǐ yīfú le.
都等她半个小时了。
Dōu děng tā bàn gè xiǎoshí le.
