- Before returning to work after self-care, must provide a work release from health care provider to HR and Risk Management
What are the supervisors responsibilities when an employee is going on FMLA leave? (HRP 401)
- Verify employees eligibility when employee requests leave
- Submit a Personnel Action Form to HR and Risk Management when the employee has been placed on FMLA, returns from leave and/or the employee no longer has FMLA leave available
- May update employees timesheet on behalf of the employee
