To recruit and retain employees. They are responsible for ensuring quality staff are employed into an organisation to deliver optimal outcomes.

Is responsible for the recruiting, performance management, and termination management of all employees

Provides tighter linkages between revenue, production and the general ledger
What is a Time Clock and how does it support pay roll?
A time clock automatically records and calculates hours worked. This minimises the risk of error and improves the accuracy in calculating hours worked - less room for employees to be over or underpaid.
