- Lewy body inclusions without NFTs or amyloid plaques (alpha synuclein)
- Parkinsonism,Brandon cognition, dementia, REM disorder, hallucinations,
- caused by waster build up

- vomiting, no energy,non apatite,

- treatment - ketones, thiamine, sodium bicarbonate

What is Tuberous Sclerosis?
A
- autosomal dominant causing benign tumors to grow everywhere inside and out
- TSCS1 or 2 –> tumor suppressive gene
- seizures and developmental delay, skin abnormalities
- 75% mortality before age 20
- trouble communicating, raging, trouble with social interaction

- prosopagnosia, no color, dyslexia, fear of light, blindness, memory loss, anxiety
