Piloncillo: Made by boiling down cane juice into a thick, crystalline syrup. The name piloncillo means “pylon” for its conical shape. It has an earthiness to it that has hints of both bitter and sweet.
Nixta Licor de Elote: Mexican corn liqueur made from a base of tender, ancestral cacahuazintle maize, grown in the high valleys and foothills of the Nevado de Toluca volcano. Nixta is produced at the Destilería y Bodega Abasolo, where they honor the Mexican culture of corn and the ancestral craft of nixtamalization—a 4,000 year old Mesoamerican cooking technique that uncovers the deepest flavors and aromas of maize.

Lustau Fino Sherry:
Jerez style Fino: fresh, mineral and pungent on the nose with
almonds and bakery notes. Dry and crisp on the palate, yet rich and with a full finish.
Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth: Made with muscat canelli, chardonnay, California cream sherry and without any caramel coloring, giving it a clear color, unique for a sweet vermouth. Infused with 13 herbs and spices; coconut, cacao, rhubarb, and vanilla shine through.

Amargo-Vallet: 90 proof bitter liqueur made from Angostura bark and a maceration of cherry fruits, cloves, and other roots and spices.

Falernum: Syrup/liqueur originating from the Caribbean. Generally speaking, it’s a sweetened lime and spice concoction. The key ingredients are always lime zest, cloves, and sugar—usually combined with ginger and almonds or almond extract. Bitter Truth Golden Falernum is a rum-based liqueur with an ABV of 18%. Luxardo Maraschino: Liqueur made from marasca cherries with an ABV of 32%. Crystal clear in color, the aroma is typical of marasca cherry distillate with strong alcohol spirit and roasted nuttiness, while the taste results smooth but sharp at the same time with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla and orange marmalade.

Campari: Invented in Italy in 1860 by Gaspare Campari in Novare, Italy. Because it’s got such a long history, it’s a featured ingredient in classic cocktails like the Negroni. Campari is bright red in color. Fun fact: The bright red color of Campari originally came from a dye made of crushed insects! That’s no longer in the modern recipe, so it shouldn’t deter you from grabbing a bottle. Campari tastes very bitter, with sweet notes like cherry, clove, cinnamon and orange peel. Campari is 48 proof or 24 percent ABV, almost twice that of Aperol.

Xtabentun: Centuries back, native Mayans produced a drink from the nectar of the local Xtabentún flower. Today, the liqueur of the same name starts from a base of honey produced from that flower; the honey is fermented, then combined with Mexican rum and anisette. The result is incredibly compelling. Fans of anise flavors will immediately appreciate the liqueur - if you like French pastis, Turkish raki, or Greek ouzo, odds are you’ll love Xtabentún.Rich with honey and weighty on the tongue, it’s sweet on its own but beautiful in cocktails. The warm, funky honey-and-spice profile is a darling among the mixology set, who often mix it with Tequila and other spirits. Traditionally it is served straight, chilled, or with ice.

Capurro Pisco: A type of brandy, which is to say that it’s a spirit distilled from wine or fermented fruit juice. One of the key regulations of pisco is that it cannot be aged in wood at all. Pisco grapes, with sugar content measured at 24.5 Brix when ripe, are generally so sweet you wouldn’t want to eat more than a few at a time. That inherent sweetness is essential because pisco, by law, can only be distilled once, in a copper pot still. Pisco must not only be single distilled, it must also be distilled to proof, at between 38 to 48 percent ABV. Pisco must be distilled from wine, as opposed to pomace (leftover from wine production).
Chicha Morada: Peruvian soft beverage made from purple corn, spices that’s steeped with pineapple skins. We make the drink, but then turn it into syrup.

Aperol: Italian liqueur that’s an aperitif: a liquor designed for sipping before a meal. It’s considered an Italian amaro or bitter (amaro means “little bitter”), but it’s the sweetest in the family. It was invented in Padua, Italy in 1919 by brothers Luigi and Silvio Barbieri. The company that sells Campari, Gruppo Campari, bought Aperol in the 1990s. Aperol is bright orange in color, whereas its cousin liqueur Campari is bright red. The flavor of Aperol is sweeter and more balanced than Campari, with notes of citrus and herbs. Aperol has a lower alcohol content than Campari: it is 22 proof or 11 percent ABV.
Amargo-Vallet: 90 proof bitter liqueur made from Angostura bark and a maceration of cherry fruits, cloves, and other roots and spices.
