Green beans
Beans bright green, firm not broken. Bacon dark brick red. Sweet ham flavor, tender onions.
Brown Gravy
Caramel color. Smooth and thin LIKE WARM HONEY. Robust beef flavor followed by flavors of onion, garlic and pepper.
Cream Gravy
Creamy white with visible black pepper. Medium consistency. Sweet taste of cream, sugar, bacon, and slight pepper.
Mashed Potatoes
Creamy white, visible skin and pepper. Smooth consistency with BB sized chunks of potato. Cream tasting with natural potato taste with buttery notes of salt and pepper.
Buttered Corn
Bright yellow with visible pepper and parsley. Firm kernels. Buttery and sweet, fresh corn flavor with slight taste of salt and pepper.
Chili
Dark red with visible meat and tomatoes. 1/4” x 1/4” chili grind. Medium/smooth consistency. Good chili and cumin flavors w/ slight heat from chili spices.
Pulled Pork
Carmelized BBQ color. Chunky, moist and tender. BBQ flavor, thumb-sized pieces.
Baked Potatoes
Light brown color. Crisp, dry skin; moist and flaky center. 9-14 oz; evenly salted outer skin, no mohawks, fresh potato flavor.

Brown outer skin, orange center. Creamy center, moist outer skin. 12-16 oz; clean and well greased.

Honey Cinnamon Caramel Sauce
Dark caramel color. Smooth like syrup, no separation. Rich, buttery flavor with a hint of cinnamon and caramel.

Sauteed Yellow Onion
Medium brown, slightly translucent around the edges. Fresh and tender. Slightly sweet, savory and fresh onion flavor.

Light caramel color. Moist and tender. Seared outer skin with sweet, caramelized taste, hints of onion and garlic, coated in a thin, buttery sauce.

Portobello Mushroom Sauce
Light caramel color with visible slices of mushrooms. Smooth, thin consistency, like that of warm honey. Blend of mushroom and vegetable with a hint of garlic and white wine.

Pork Ribs
Reddish brown. Meat falls from bone. No skeletal appearance. 1/4” bone showing; cooked to order; well seasoned.

Well seared and dark. Caramelized outer surface. Taste of slow roasted beef with garlic, pepper, and mild smoke flavors.
