350F LOW fan. Dense yet moist consistency w/ strong chocolate flavor. Stored individually wrapped. 7 oz average. Not broken.
Garlic Butter
Light orange, fluffy consistency. Stored at room temperature. Strong flavor of garlic with a hint of lemon and pepper.
Lemon Pepper Butter
White with visible pepper and parsley. Fluffy consistency. Held at room temperature, flavor of lemon and pepper with a hint of parsley.
Whipped butter
Creamy, off white color. Light and fluffy. No clumps. #60 scoop.
Honey Cinnamon Butter
Tan with visible cinnamon. Light and fluffy, no butter clumps. Honey and cinnamon flavor.
Mushroom seasoning
Tan color. Well mixed, hand crushed herbs. Good flavor of pepper, salt, garlic and sugar.
Shrimp seasoning
Orange color, evenly mixed with strong garlic and pepper flavor with some heat from cajun seasoning. 2:1 sirloin to cajun ratio.
Fry seasoning
Orange color, grainy like sand. Taste of garlic, onion, pepper, sugar and salt.
Fish seasoning
3:1 ratio of kosher salt to black pepper.
Croutons
1” x 1” x 1/2”. Golden brown, well coated. No bare spots.
