A

Forearm 1. No forearm lag. Ball and arm move together.
2. Ball may proceed the arm (shot put)
3 Dart Board (forearm lag) Forearm is behind the shoulder then humerus
4.Delayed forearm lag ( forearm going back while shoulders are going forward
Forearm waits for shoulder to be square before starting front- last thing moving forward
torque in shoulder
