What is Ordination?
The act of being made a priest
What is the holy order?
The sacrement in which a man becomes a priest

By lying face down on thr floor as a sign of humility.
What are the Two orders?
Apostolic Orders and Contemplative Orders.
What vows does a person take to enter a religous community?
The vow of Poverty, Chastity and Obedience.
What is the Apostolic Order?
Leading a life where you work out with the public, schools, Hospitals or the homeless.
What is the Poverty Vow?
Giving up material possesions.
What is the Chastity Vow?
No sexual relationships, so that they may devote their lives to God.
What is the Obedience Vow?
They agree to obey god and their religious superiors.
What is the contemplative Order?
Leading a hidden life of prayer and work.
