Major criteria (need 2) J - Joint involvement (polyarthritis) O - myocarditis N - nodules (subcut) E - erythema marginatum S - Sydenham's chorea Or 1 major and 2 minor (raised CRP, arthralgia, fever, raised ESR, prolonged PR interval, anamnesis of rheumatology, leukocytosis)
