IT Band Friction/Snapping Hip Syndromes: Common Problems/Limitations

A
  • Pain at the lateral femoral epicondyle/greater trochanter.
  • Weakness
  • Hypomobility
  • Valgus may cause more discomfort due to a stretch on the IT Band (Snapping Hip)
    ~ Caused by weak abductors
