This is Brendon's simple starter plan to improved health.
Meditate 20 mins. a day.
Brendon: The science is conclusive β meditation decreases anxiety and increases creativity and happiness.
Itβs time to start meditating once a day.
Brendon meditates. So does Oprah, Ellen and dozens of Fortune 50 CEOβs and a nearing majority of Olympic athletes.
Donβt discount the power of meditation simply because the first few times you do it you fall asleep or donβt feel anything dramatic. Like all positive practices, continued focus brings greater depth and success.
Get back in touch with Nature.
Brendon: Youβve got to get outside again β not just outside in the concrete jungle but in nature where thereβs open space away from the noise. Get to the park, ocean, desert.
Spend real time simply being in Nature and a deeper sense of spirituality will greet you.
Schedule time away if you must.
Schedule Faith.
Brendon: When do you practice your faith or belief?
Do you go to church on Sunday or pray in the morning? Whatever your practice is, set a renewed schedule for it.
In a world of random distraction and uncertainty, take time to reconnect with your faith in whatβs true. Even in mystery we can find certainty.
