A
  • Fluorescein staining will show a dendritic corneal ulcer

- Slit lamp examination to confirm diagnosis

Describe the management of suspected herpes keratitis

A

Urgent referral to ophthalmology (who will decide on treatment with antivirals e.g. aciclovir)
