- Hand writing changes
- Reflexes will decrease
- EEG will be slow
- Fetor (breath smells like ammonia)
- GI bleeding common

Treatment for cirrhosis?
A
- Lactulose (decrease ammonia)
- Enemas (rid blood from GI)
- Decrease protein in diet
- Monitor serum ammonia
