2nd: idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy
3rd: Systemic HTN

  • Nocturnal cough (± pink, frothy sputum)

  • Often in AF
  • Cardiomegaly ̄c displaced apex
  • S3 + tachycardia = gallop rhythm
  • Wheeze (cardiac asthma)
