Q

Things we do if we find it difficult to ask for help

A

Listen when someone tells you they have a problem.
Ask a close friend or teacher to assist you when speaking to your family - if you too scared to do it alone.
Think carefully about how your actions affect your life and the lives of family and friends,
Phone a helpline if you do not want to speak to someone you know.
Find out if there are support groups in your area.
