What can be done to stop health care inequalities?
- Strengthen individuals and communities
- Improve working and living conditions
- Promote redistributive policies
Deprivation and access to healthcare
- GP services and ambulances used more by deprived groups
- Under use preventative services
- Can’t understand resources needed to engage with health services
= Lack of cultural alignment between health services and lower socio-economic groups
