As Sarah has just moved from Queensland to Victoria, she will have left behind all of her friends. This may mean she feels isolated, which could lead to her feeling sad and lonely, increasing the risk of depression (mental).
As Sarah loves playing netball, when she finds a new club, she will be able to meet new people through her team and develop a supportive network of friends (social)
