what is included in CDM regulations-
Formally appoint in writing the approved competent Contractor
Receive a completed Construction Phase Plan from the Contractor
Receive Risk Assessment and Method Statement from the contractor
Arrange a Pre-Start meeting to discuss ad confirm the arrangements
When satisfied, the Contractor can be instructed to commence.
When works are underway, plan to monitor and review the works proportionate
to the project (duration and hazards) using the CPP and RAMS as a basis for
