A
  • acquire 30 minutes of moderate activity on most if not all days of the week
  • the 30 minutes may be accumulated throughout the day
  • uses 150 calories a day or 1,000 a weak
  • raking, gardening, walking a 15 minute mile, etc
  • the less vigorous the activity, the more is needed
