A
Poor health can mean you are too ill to train, lowering your fitness.
People who take part in regular sport and physical activity (especially those who complete) need higher level of fitness to cope with the demands of the activity.
If you are able to train and are doing well your mental health is good and this can help with dealing with competitions.
