Q

Speed

A

The maximum rate at which an individual is able to perform a movement or cover a distance in a period of time, putting their body parts into action as quickly as possible

Q

Balance

A

The ability to keep the body stable by maintaining the centre of mass over the base of support.
There are 2 types:
1. Static Balance: Little or no movement
2. Dynamic Balance: When movement takes place during a balance.

Q

Muscular Endurance

A

The ability of a muscle or muscle group to undergo repeated contractions, avoiding fatigue. Fatigue is a felling of extreme or severe tiredness due to a build up of lactic acid in the muscles or working for long periods of time.
(Similar to Dynamic strength)
